Join New Jersey native, David Rossi, Owner, and Winemaker at Fulcrum Wines for a spectacular wine pairing dinner Friday, November 11 at 7 pm. David is one of California’s exciting Pinot Noir producers. He produces his Pinot Noir wines by selecting sustainable or organic vineyards from the finest appellations.  We will have a wonderful evening learning all about Pinot Noir with a 4-course 5 wine tasting menu created by Executive Chef Gus Zimmerman.

Price is $100 per person plus tax and gratuity
