Join Lori Budd Owner of Dracaena Wines on Friday, April 26, 2019 at 7pm as we host a 5 course pairing dinner featuring Dracaena Wines.  Lori who along with her husband Mike are following their passion and creating some wonderful wines.  Their 2016 Cabernet Franc and Reserve Cabernet Franc just won Gold Medals at the San Francisco Wine Competition and the 2016 Cabernet Franc received 91 points from Wine Enthusiast.  We will have a wonderful evening learning all about Cabernet Franc with a 5 course tasting menu created by Executive Chef Gus Zimmerman that compliments the flavors in both the food and wine. 

Total price is $90 per person plus tax and gratuity

Due to New Jersey liquor laws, payment for the food and wine must be separate. Draceana Wines holds a New Jersey Out-of-State Winery License and 2 days prior to the event you will be charged $25 per person plus tax from Dracaena Wines with the balance paid at the conclusion of dinner.  Wines will be available for sale the evening of the dinner for you to take home and enjoy.
